You sigh helplessly, knowing that yet another of this holiday would pass by, painfully slow, but this month, you keep thinking just how much more painful it will be, having to have it pass alone, with someone in your mind. You knew some of the other trolls weren't too enthusiastic about it, but they were going to try it out. As someone said, it was neat to be multi-cultural. But it had been about three days, from her perspective. And god, she was so tired.
She blasted another imp, but there were so many battles. She had so much still to do.
And she was so tired.
She pulled her glasses off and scrubbed a hand over her eyes. So... tired...
Her knees hit the ground hard, and then her face -
- was falling through blackness.
She caught herself on nothing. No. Oh, no no no. Please, god no. Not here.
She looked around, but all she could see was black. Not just the absence of light - this was the kind of black that devours light, swallows
